REMINDER: LATE START WED., JAN. 26 10:00AM START

Dear UPE Parents and Community,

We are having an amazing winter of learning. I thought it would be fun to share just a few snippets of the learning your children are doing! Thank you for sending your children to Ute Pass Elementary! I’ll share more in the weeks to come…

Mr. Briggs-Hale

  • Mrs. Wilson teaches children to slow down and focus on the details in a person’s facial expressions. This was a wonderful lesson on how to turn one’s attention to the needs of those around us! So beautiful…
  • Mrs. Kettler works with 6th graders to use strong academic language to analyze abstract art in the hallway. Fascinating work…
  • Mrs. Weisheipl crafts a masterful QSSSA ELA lesson on text details that engaged every student in deep learning with graphic organizers, a parent volunteer to assist, A&B teams with focused dialogue, and complete sentences using strong academic language. Wow!
  • Mr. Ferguson filling souls with music:
  • Mr. D and Mrs. U. changing lives with ELA & Math integrated, Standards-based learning with AmeriTowne:

  • Hallway Gardens built by Mr. Sampson's 2nd and Ms. Harriman's 1st grade classrooms!
