This seminar is a 2 day offering for those working professional as dog trainers or those heavily involved in canine rescue, shelter work, or dog owners deeply involved in the training process. These are human only workshops (dogs may be provided for demonstration).

Topic: Behavior Modification
During this day of the seminar we will be focused on an important and often misunderstood/overlooked are in dog trianing, behavior modification. Erin will go over evaluation of dogs and diganoisi of behavior problems, treatment options, management strategies, maintaining safety protocals, understanding canine psychology, preventing problem behaviors, and leash handling. $75
Day 2: Sunday June 12th 10:30am-1:30pm
Topic: Handler Coaching (Human Training)
As dog trainers we spend so much time focused on our training skills of the canine we forget how important it is to coach our clientsin their handling skills. This workshop will focus on communication skills, how to effectively structure lessons, group classes, and transfer of board and train dogs home and cmmon pitfalls to avoid in order to be a more successful and productive trainer. $75

Erin Kramer, Owner of Tug Dogs
Erin Kramer has worked as a professional trainer with a speciality in extreme behavior cases such as fear, anxiety, and aggresion. Erin works with shelter and rescue groups around the state to rehabilitate dogs with various behavorial issues from previous bite incidents to leash reactivity, separation anxiety to dog on dog aggression. Erin has provided assessments and court testimony for aggression hearings, has worked as a service and therapy dog trainer, and has worked as an instructor to professional dog trainers both in the United States and Canada. Erin also provides instruction and training to local shelter staff and volunteers to promote a better understaning of canine behavior and modification techniques.
