Kindergarten Registration will take place Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 3:30 - 5:30 in our gym at Washington Elementary school. Please enter through the Front Office on Ridenbaugh Street.


Please complete the BSD Online Registration Form before attending on March 3, 2023. (click on the button below)

Kindergarten Eligibility:

All children enrolling in kindergarten must be five years old on or before September 1st of the school year in which the child enrolls.


Required Forms & Documentation for Kindergarten

The following forms and documentation are required to enroll an elementary student in the Boise School District. Parents/ guardians have 30 days to provide any missing documentation to the student's school. Any documentation that is presented will be photocopied and originals will be returned immediately.


All students must first be registered through our general enrollment process through our students management platform, Infinite Campus. Please be sure to also complete the Health History and Medical Authorization steps for our Health Office. This must be updated annually for all students.


Be sure you have the following forms for registration:


  • A certified birth certificate

  • A record of the student’s immunizations or an immunization exemption

  • Proof of residence

  • If divorced, a copy of the divorce decree and custody agreement or any papers pertaining to current legal proceedings.


You may either:


  • Upload these forms to Infinite Campus (linked below) OR
  • Gather and bring these forms to submit to the school registrar at in-person registration on March 2nd.

Open Enrollment Information

If you are planning to open enroll, you must complete registration at your homeschool, then submit the open enrollment form to the school of choice. If a spot becomes available, your registration will be transferred automatically upon acceptance.
Online Registration: Currently enrolled BSD Families

*CLICK HERE* Parents/Guardians with students currently enrolled in BSD. Selecting the Parent Button and log into Infinite Campus. Then, select "More" from the menu - select "Annual Update" - update your information - enroll your new Kinder student.

Online Registration: New to Boise School District

* CLICK HERE* Please use our online registration system to enter your information and enroll your K-12 student into the Boise School District.
