Room Inventory Reports
Inventory Reports
There are several different types of reports that can be ran from the inventory software. The one that would be used most by campuses is located through Rooms. The reports are "Room Inventory Report" and "Room Inventory Worksheet". Below you will find information on how to use these reports and steps on how to run the reports.
Room Inventory Worksheet
Room inventory worksheets should be ran twice a year. Once at the beginning of the school year and again at the end of the school year. Have the teacher sign off that all equipment listed in inventory for their room is accounted for.
This report should also be ran at the end of summer school sessions held on your campus. The campus will be responsible for any missing equipment at the end of the summer school session.
Below is an example of how to print the room inventory worksheet.
Select the "Rooms" tab from the top menu.
Select "Room Inventory Worksheet" from the drop down menu in the top right corner.
Click inside the checkbox and select OK.
**If you do not need to pull equipment assigned to staff at this time you can click OK and run the report.
This is a sample of the "Room Inventory Report". You can either split this up into individual files and email to teachers or it can be printed and put in their school mail box.
Room Inventory Report
This report is similar to the room inventory worksheet. The difference is that pictures of the equipment are included on this report.
Below are instructions on how to run the room inventory report.
Select "Rooms" tab from the top menu.
Select "Room Inventory Report"
This is a sample of a "Room Inventory Report" This report can also be used for the inventory checks at the beginning and end of the school year.
