Our message will inspire you to embrace who you are, give you tenderness of heart, and boldness of character as a dad and husband. We are consistently here for you to provide guidance and practical tips in raising your kids in a life giving way.

When: Friday, February 26, 2016

Where: Level Creek’s Cafeteria

Time: 7:30AM

Dear Parents:

We are beginning the process of preparing class lists for the 2016-17 school year. The form with this letter gives you an opportunity to discuss your child’s academic, social, and emotional strengths and needs. You also have an opportunity to list any specific medical needs.

We make a determined effort to make sure that classes are fairly balanced based on academic progress, special program needs, boy/girl ratio, teacher input, and parent input. Because of the many variables involved, we do not honor requests for specific teachers. You should also be aware that since we seek parent, teacher, and administrator input before a class placement is made, we will not make class changes after school begins.

Please return this form to the Level Creek front office on/or before February 26th.

Thank you for the opportunity to make a positive difference in the life of your child!
