Greek Chariot Racing

What was it?
Chariot racing was a very gripping and extremely dangerous sport to the Greek culture. It was a sport where a single person was being pulled by two or four horses while in a chariot. The objective of the sport was to circle the hippodrome 12 times.
Where were they held?
The races were held in specially built arenas known as hippodromes.

The chariot races were popular in the ancient Greek Olympics. It attracted a lot of spectators and prove to gain lots of positive feedback from them.
