THANK YOU, JES FAMILIES!
Be the Difference
We are partnering with SASO (Scholars and Athletes Serving Others) of Southlake to replenish the stock for the Battered Women's Foundation in North Richland Hills. The demands of the last year has really created a need, sadly... Thank you SASO for seeing a need and inviting us to partner with them!
May 3 – 14, we will be collecting donations to support families in need. Please bring to the library any of the following:
- New towels
- Gently used women’s / teen clothes
- New packages of underwear for boys/girls of all ages
- Bottled water
- Capri suns and juice boxes
- Individual snacks for kids

GRADUATION
We are excited to invite you to the Kindergarten class/4th Grade Graduations. Due to limited space for social distancing, each child may have two guests attend graduation. Parents will enter the cafeteria from the outside door wearing a mask. Please use social distancing during the ceremony. Due to students not being 6 feet apart, students will be seated in the front while wearing a mask. Students may take off their mask when crossing the stage to allow for pictures. After the ceremony, parents will be able to join the students on the playground for pictures and guests/students are permitted to remove their masks outside if desired.
4th Grade Graduation: May 26th, 9:00 - 10:00 am
Kindergarten Graduation: May 27th, 9:00 - 10:00 am
Parking:
You may park in any of our parking lots, in our car loop (the big one), in the mosque parking lot across the street, in the church parking lot off Highland, or along N. Carroll Ave. *fully* off the street and facing the correct direction.
4TH GRADE CLAP-OUT: May 27th, 11:00 am
4th Grade Clap-Out is an annual tradition at JES. Students will line the hallways to "clap out" our outgoing 4th grade class. Parents will not be allowed inside the building, BUT, we are going to line the bus loop with parents of 4th graders for our grand finale for their clap-out. We hope you will join us. If you are taking your child home after Clap-Out, please let your child's teacher know in advance so we can pre-check them out and have everyone accounted for.
Virtual students are welcome to participate in these activities as well:)
