Assemblies this week have had a legal feel to them. On Monday we picked up on the national debate that occurred over the weekend ‘can we trust the police?’. It was instructive for us to see the hugely varied roles that our police officers carry out on our behalf, and that most people’s experience was a positive one. Read more...

SWIM KIDZ LESSONS

Swim Kidz are offering families the opportunity to trial for FREE one of their amazing lessons held in our two swimming pools. Sessions operate for 'parent and child', school age children swimming towards the National Plan for Teaching Swimming and Rookie Lifeguard programme. Most sessions are offered at both weekday and weekends. They also offer Aquabumpz, a safe workout for pre and post-natal Mums! SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINES (11+, 12+ & 13+):

Monday 20 January for Supporting Scholarship applications

Monday 27 January for the Academic Scholarship.

Art information will be sent out on application, with the deadline for Art Portfolios is Friday 24 January. Timings for all Scholarships will be sent out later next week.

YEAR 7 MAIDENHEAD LIBRARY ENROLMENT FORMS

A reminder for all Year 7 girls who do not already have a valid Maidenhead Library card to return their library enrolment forms and proof of address to the Librarians by Wednesday 22 January. A letter has been sent home.
