From the Desk of Dr. Ricks
It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas at Grace!
The PreK Hall boasts beautiful snow globe ornaments made by the children, and their torn-paper construction Santas are really unique. Ms. Gretchen has introduced Christmas Kindness journals to older students and music students are practicing carols and songs for various performances. All classes have had amazing field trips and will serve a variety of non-profits and outreach ministries.
Our winter wear order is in and will be ready to go home early next week. As the temperatures now turn cold, please remember to send your child to school with a jacket or sweat shirt.
Even in quite cold weather we generally go outside at least briefly in order to allow the students to have physical activity. Make sure that names are written in outerwear to help us get lost items back to their owners!
Next Thursday, 12/13 is our annual Christmas Program at 6:00 pm in Grace Church. This is a wonderful celebration that spreads Christmas Spirit to all!
Have a wonderful weekend,
Dr. Ricks
