Spotlight on Rancho de los AnimalesRancho de los Animales for the Disabled is 100% volunteer-based. No one receives a salary. Our volunteers are our greatest resource. Many people volunteer in exchange for horseback riding while others enjoy spending time on a working horse ranch. Our volunteers assist in feeding the animals, grooming and exercising the horses, and helping out on Saturday riding in the arena. They also assist in maintaining the property by completing other ranch-related tasks. Anyone wanting to work with our horses doesn’t need prior experience, just a love of horses and the desire to learn.
