At Home Learning
- Continue with tying shoes practice.
- November is a great time to reflect on what we value and treasure most. Have students think about and share the things they are thankful for. They can also draw pictures.
- If wanting to take a trip outside, have fun on a nature walk. Encourage students to compare how it looks and feels outside to a few months ago during summer (this directly ties in with what we recently learned in science).
WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR?
Mrs. Blackwood
I am thankful for my family. I am thankful for my friends that are like family. I am thankful for my school family. I am thankful for our freedom!

There are SOOOO many things I am thankful for, but the health of my family (especially my 3 kids) tops the list!! I’m also incredibly thankful that I get to wake up every morning and go to a job that I love! To round out my top three - I’m thankful for all the friends that I’ve been blessed to share life with! I I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving season
Mrs. Smith
I am very thankful for my kids, my pets, and my family. In this season, I am especially thankful for my friends and church who love and support my family, and for everything good in my life- my health, a warm house, clothes to wear, and plenty of food to eat.
Mrs. Tsarev
I am thankful for all of the people who bring joy to my life including my family, friends, students, and RMES staff. I love spending each afternoon with my students and enjoy getting to know them better! I am grateful to be spending time with my extended family in November.
