HERITAGE COOKIE EXCHANGE SIGNUP

Happy December! The PTO is organizing a COOKIE EXCHANGE for the staff prior to winter break. Each staff member will receive a container that they can fill with their choice of 2 dozen cookies/treats. With that being said, we need 90 dozen cookies/treats. We would like to have a variety of options for the staff to pick from, so while you are planning your holiday baking list please add a few additional for our staff! (Also store bought treats are great too!) We want to make this as easy as possible so if you want to help out but have trouble getting the cookies to the school please let us know. We are asking to have the cookies dropped off by 10AM Monday, DECEMBER 19th. If anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to contact us: Lindsay - (330) 340-7542. Thank you all so much and let's show the Heritage Staff how much we appreciate everything they do for our kids!!

The yearbook staff invites students and parents to submit photos for the yearbook. If you've got great photos of school and community events or you and your friends just having fun, we'd like to see them!

Our photographers can't be everywhere. Help us get as many photos as possible to create a terrific book everyone will want to have.

Pickerington Schools have teamed up with Violet Township Fire Department to help provide holiday assistance for families in need during this gift giving season. Students may place their new toy donation in the holiday toy box located outside of the Heritage main office. Gift card donations are also accepted. Any gift card donation must be turned in to the Heritage office.

Welcome to Heritage Elementary!

My name is Marni Dreher and I am the School Nurse at Heritage Elementary and Pickerington North H.S. I look forward to meeting your child and working with you. I wanted to make you aware of some kindergarten health requirements.

1. Immunization Record - The State of Ohio requires all Public-School children to have updated immunization records. Please see Ohio Immunization requirements:

2. Physician Report form - A current completed form, signed by a HealthCare Provider, dated from 08/19/21 to present, is due by August 1, 2022. The Physician Report form can be found here:

If you have not turned in your child's immunization record and physician report form upon enrollment, please email the forms to school nurse's email marnica_dreher@plsd.us

If you have already turned the forms in upon enrollment, the information has been received and you do not need to send it again.

Health Concerns - please communicate your child's health concerns and medications, if needed, a health plan will be developed and shared with teacher(s).

Change of Clothes - During school hours your child may need to change their clothes due to a bladder/bowel accident and/or falling in water puddles and/or mud. If possible, place an extra set of clothes in their book bag to use.
