Mental Health
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. While you're at home doing virtual learning, make sure you're reaching out to others to help yourself and to help them!
Control
There are so many things we can and can't control, especially right now. Take some time to think about the things that bother/upset you and determine if they're something you CAN control (you can make them better) or CAN'T control (you just have to deal with them). Knowing which is which can help you not feel as overwhelmed, stressed and anxious!
Mindfulness
Since there are so many things out of our control right now, it's easy to get overwhelmed. I know that doing all our school work online can sometimes get boring or stressful. If you need a break from the work, check out this digital journal to help give your brain a break.
