A message from our Principal
What a great first week we've had as we welcome back our Panther students. The positive back-to-school enthusiasm really shined on our first day assembly as the Seniors and Juniors had their first opportunity in two years to "move into their new sections" of the gymnasium. That's a special tradition at WPHS and one that we've been excited about reviving for these students. If you'll remember...the last time we had a chance to see them all together in the gym was when they were Freshmen and Sophomores. Check out some of the photos of their excited, spirit-filled faces in our Social Media posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Activities are in full swing with our athletic teams all competing in their first events by the end of this week. And the Fall Production of Anne of Green Gables will have tryouts next week on Wednesday and Thursday. I can't wait to see who gets selected for their coveted roles. This will be a great production for the whole family. Be sure to put it on your calendar as you support our kids and program.
Students have really been great to see, in-person. And, their enthusiasm for being back in school has been palpable. What a start we've had! We look forward to keeping things moving forward and having our Panthers lead the way every day.
Until next time.

The Marching Band students are currently selling shirts to help raise money for their season! We have been doing great so far, and we hope to continue this momentum!
Our theme this year is "The Wild West". We will be playing selections from "Bonanza", "Home on the Range", and "Ghost Riders in the Sky" in our field show. We have several events and competitions this season that we are looking forward to competing in.
Please consider supporting us, and rocking one of our shirts! Thank you for all you do for our students, and for making Woodland Park great!
