No School Labor Day Holiday - Monday, Sept. 7th
Virtual Learners Returning Tuesday, Sept. 8
Early Dismissal - Sept.10th and 11th
Lubbock-Cooper High School will dismiss at 12:05 p.m. on Thursday, September 10 and 12:05 p.m. on Friday, September 11 to allow for a reconfiguration of virtual learning, which calls for additional staff training on course platforms. Lunch will be offered to students who wish to pick up a meal from school. Buses will run. This early release will apply to the LUBBOCK-COOPER HIGH SCHOOL campus only. All other LCISD campuses will follow the regular schedule on both days.
Due to the influx of students returning from virtual instruction to traditional, in-person instruction, and in order to maintain the best possible learning environment, Lubbock-Cooper ISD will be making minimal adjustments to student schedules and course/class assignments. The vast majority of students will not be affected by these changes.
Thank you for your cooperation and support in making this a successful school year!
