How to access your Drive

  • login to your gmail
  • click tab on top "Drive"
  • on the left, click "Create"
  • choose "Document" or "Presentation"

Sharing Data

  • click on upper right hand corner "Share"
  • bottom of sharing settings, invite people
  • type in email address- choose "can edit" or "can view"

More privacy options

  • choose options to allow more access
  • select from "private to anyone can see"

Benefits of using Google Drive

  • create document or presentation anywhere with wifi
  • share work with classmates/peers
  • collaborate in real time from anywhere
  • send finished project/paper to teacher easily
  • never have work that is unaccessable
  • no need for a thumb drive or passing documents back and forth using email attachments
