As you head out for Fall Break, CSH wants to support you finding rest, relaxation, and self-care! We have come up with some resources for you to use over Fall Break, or anytime for that matter. As the cliché sayings go, "you must put on your oxygen mask first, before you help anyone else" "you can't pour from an empty cup". Please take time to practice self-care so you can be your best self for yourself and refreshed and recharged for our students!
