DO NOT open emails from someone you do not KNOW or TRUST

If you aren't expecting an email from someone, don't click on links OR open attachments.


These emails could contain viruses or malware that could be dangerous to your personal information or information you have access to.

If it seems FISHY, then report it as PHISH!

AVOID sending personal or sensitive information via email

This includes:


  • Social Security Number
  • Credit Card Number
  • Bank Account Numbers
  • Passwords

DO NOT give your email address to sites you don't trust

Only provide your email address to sites you are familiar with. Be cautious with your email address.


Avoid using your work email address for banking or shopping sites. These are the primary targets for hacking efforts.

Using your work email could compromise your entire organization's network.
