Who made the Silk Road?
The creator of the Silk Road is Barn Ferdinand Richthofen. Richthofen is a German geographer. He was born May 5, 1833 in Poland. He was a in World War 1 as ace pilot. He had another job as a scientist but his main one was a geographer. Richthofen died October 6, 1905 in Berlin.
What was the Silk Road?
The Silk Road was a path to get silk from china to another country. The Silk Road became one of the most famous trading routes. The Silk Road could either go land or sea. Either one both were successful. The Silk Road wasn't just for silk it was for other trading markets too. They had gold silver and bronze on they route too.

The Silk Road was from Europe to Central Asia. There were 3 main routes to the Silk Road. Each of themm had a bunch of trading places to them. One route when to the north side of the Tianshan Mountain. The silk road mainly when arounsd the Tianshan Mountain with the north south and east side of it.
When was the silk road made?
The silk road was made 206 BC to AD 220. So it was made during the Han Dyansty. Eastern China didn't know about the silk road until a few years later. The silk road today is just used for a little trail not much trading.
Why and how was the silk road made?
The silk road was made for getting silk to Europe. It was so rare in europe so the kings and queens set of men to go on the long 4,000 mile trip. The men went 3 different ways so they became the most major routes of the silk road.
