We are looking for a smooth running Elementary Office and would appreciate it if you could help us out by doing the following.
- Please call the Cadott Elementary Attendance Line if your child will not be in school 715-289-3795
For Absentees press 1 - For Elementary press 2
- Any time your child goes to a doctor or dentist appt. please bring a medically excused note from the office for the time the child has missed school.
- School starts at the Elementary at 8:20 a.m. Please have your student here on time, as tardy's do count against their attendance.
- If you are requesting your child's homework to be picked up, please make sure it is picked up that day, and that your child completes all the work.
- Please try and refrain from calling the Elementary Office at these times:
8:20 to 8:30 a.m. as we are doing our morning announcements.
3:20 to 3:30 p.m. as we are getting our kiddos on the buses to go home.

Pace Book Winners
P.A.C.E. has provided the library funding to purchase books for a weekly drawing. Each week one student from these grade levels will receive a free paperback book: 4K-K, 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6. The books can be picked up in the library from Mrs. Briggs.
If you know someone involved with P.A.C.E., please thank them for all they do for our students here at Cadott Elementary.

4K-4th Grade Winter Sing Along-Tuesday, December 19th
Dear parents and families of 4K-4th grade students,
There will be a Winter Sing Along on Tuesday, December 19th at 1:30 PM in the High School Gym. We hope you can join us for this event!
Parents and families of 5th and 6th grade students are encouraged to attend the Elementary Winter Concert on Thursday, December 14th at 7:00 PM in the Elementary Gym.
Date change for "Chillin’ with Santa" to Dec. 20th
The Cadott FCCLA would like to invite parents and their children out to our annual chillin’ with Santa event. This event will be held on December 20th from 5:00-7:00 P.M in the Cadott high school commons. This event is for children to see Santa Claus, and to do some fun craft activities to take home. The Cadott FCCLA hopes to see you in the high school commons on December 19th from 5:00-7:00.

In celebration of the program’s 10th Anniversary in December, any deposit made at school between now and Christmas break earns you a ticket in the drawing for a Polaroid tablet. If you’re already signed up for the program, Mrs. Sonnentag looks forward to seeing you on Fridays during lunch. If you’re not part of the program yet, please see her in the lunch room on Fridays for the information to start a bank account soon !

Community Ties
Community Playgroup @ the Cadott Elementary. Meeting every Tuesday morning.
Join us for a 3 year old and under Cadott Community playgroup!
This will be facilitated by Allison Morrow each Tuesday morning from 9am-10:30am in one of our preschool classrooms.
This playgroup will focus on social interactions and good communication skills in children 3 years and younger in a fun play environment!
It will be a great time to meet and greet other parents/family members of the community.
We hope that you will join us each week!

Boy Scout Meetings
Pack 65 Cub Scouts (grades K-5) meetings – 7:00 - 8:15 pm in the Elementary School Cafeteria.

Troop 65 Boy Scouts (grades 6-12) meetings – 6:00 - 7:15 pm on Sundays (with the exception of Holiday weekends) at the Elementary School, in Mrs. Weiss's room.
It’s not too late to join the Adventure of Scouting!
Our activities for the year are just getting started! All boys K-5 are invited to experience the Adventure of Scouting with Pack 65 here at Cadott Elementary. New this year, Kindergarten families can participate in our Lion Program with Pack 65 as well!
Cub scouts always have a blast during the school year! We hike, go camping, go fishing, play sports, build projects and visit all sorts of cool places! There’s also the ever-popular Pinewood Derby in the Spring, in which boys design, build, decorate and race their very own cars against other boys in the Pack! One thing is for sure, no matter what our Cub Scouts are up to, we have FUN!
As Cub Scouts, boys will learn about many things, including citizenship, physical fitness, outdoor skills, sharing, teamwork, self-confidence, respect for others and good character. Cub Scouts is open to boys in Kindergarten through Fifth grade this fall (ages 5-11).
