The details are below:
When: Saturday, January 7, 2023
Time: 8:00 a.m. until approximately 12 p.m.

ATTENTION SENIOR FAMILIES
Project Graduation Celebration!
Project Graduation is a nationwide effort to provide graduating seniors with a fun, safe place to celebrate their last night together as high school students. All seniors who qualify to ‘walk’ in the graduation ceremony may attend. This event is planned, organized and paid for by generous contributions from parents/guardians and the Waunakee Community. Graduates participate in a night of fun events, entertainment, music, games, food, and prizes - LOTS OF PRIZES. Parents/Guardians receive the peace of mind knowing their children are celebrating in a safe environment.
Project Graduation Meeting
Senior Parents and Guardians are invited to attend the Project Graduation meeting on Tuesday, December 6th at 6:00 PM in the Staff Lounge (room 1400) at the High School. The time will be spent finalizing committees and coming up with the next steps in planning an awesome Project Graduation event!
Flamingo Flocking Begins!
"Flamingo Flocking" is a fun way to kick off the Senior year and help raise money for Project Graduation. Each Senior will be "flocked" unless they choose to opt-out and specific flamingo fund raising details will be left on the front door of your home when you find the flock in your yard. Flamingo flocking will start next week and if your Senior does not wish to be flocked please call Cindy Richardson at the Waunakee High School office at 608-849-2100, extension 2046. If your house is accidentally flocked and you didn't want it to be, please do not destroy the flamingos as they cost the committee $35 each to replace - they will be picked up. Also, please be nice to our volunteers, as they are out there flocking in all kinds of weather to help raise money for the Project Graduation event.
