Only after three years or aerials training, Caldwell made the U.S. Ski Team and the rest is history. Ashley, (born September 14, 1993) is an American Freestyle Skier, who has competed since 2008. Her best World Cup finish was first in an aerials event in the United States in January 2011.

Caldwell was named to the US team for the 2010 Winter Olympics in January 2010. The youngest in the event, she reached the finals of the Aerials. She is the oldest of four children
