**New this year** Amanda Fisher will be joining us at each campus to offer instruction for a 6-week circuit training/weight lifting program. Please plan to attend one of her initial instructional sessions (see the schedule for all four sessions) -OR- come to as many as you'd like. After attending one of her trainings, employees will be able to complete her workouts anywhere, anytime. Please RSVP for this event.

Walk/Run Reimbursement
All employees are eligible to receive three $10 walk/run reimbursements throughout the school year. Please submit race verification (receipt, newspaper clipping, photograph, bib number, etc.) after completing the race to Janna Tessmer.

Meet Sara Ut at the Arlington track @ 6pm this Wednesday for the "Couch to 5K" workout!
