PRE-K PHYSICAL EDUCATION

We may not be at school, but we can still move, learn, and have fun! Choose one of the following challenges for to complete this week. Any challenges that are done can be sent to Mr. B via email eric.bottmeyer@chesterbrookacademy.com. Have fun!
CHALLENGE: SCHOOL-WIDE WEEKLY FITNESS.......... JUMPING JACKS!
CHALLENGE: Create one "trick shot" video
1. Pick a sport/skill - some examples would be tossing a baseball, kicking a soccer ball, throwing a football, hitting a hockey puck, or any other sport/skill you can think of
2. Challenge yourself - use a far distance in your backyard, do your sport/skill multiple times, be as creative as you can be
3. Try your best - make it special, this is YOUR video
4. Be safe - please do not break anything or hurt anyone, ask an adult if you need help

CHALLENGE: GoNoodle!
CHALLENGE: Do at least 30 minutes of videos every session
GoNoodle is a GREAT app to have for you at home! I recommend this is downloaded on a phone or iPad that would be kept at home to help burn off some energy and have some fun beyond a school setting.
- Download/open GoNoodle (you do not need to create an account)
- Great videos to search for (click the magnifying glass in the top right corner) are Fresh Start Fitness, Zumba Kids, and Indoor Recess
- Students can click on other videos they find that will keep them moving
- Students can do more than 30 minutes of videos if they would like
