A note from the Principal

Don't forget tomorrow is our last day of school before winter break. Winter break runs from December 23-January 7th.

Our theme for tomorrow, December 22nd, is "Take A Long Winter's Nap-Wear Your Favorite Pajamas! We've had a fun week and have loved seeing all our students participating in our Winter Spirit Celebration. Tomorrow we will also be having a "Disney Sing Along." Each grade level will come together, socially distanced, of course, in the cafeteria for some singing and fun.

Yesterday we had the Grinch make a surprise visit at Hunt Club. He walked around the outside of the school and just caused some mischief! See the pictures captured of his devious endeavors.

Finally, from my family to yours, please have a wonderful winter break! Happy Holidays!

-Mrs. Stoffers

Snow/Emergency Day Packets

Last Friday your child should have come home with Snow/Emergency Day work packets in their take home binder or folder. As we approach the winter season and times of bad weather or emergency the school day will run from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Teachers will be live in their Google meets from: 9-9:30, 11:30-12 and 1:30-2 to support and answer any questions a child might have. Student attendance is required for a snow/emergency day. The second page of each packet will be collected by the classroom teacher when school reopens. The students only need to bring the page back filled out by the parent. They do not need to bring the whole packet back to school .

Please keep it in a safe place at home. We will be using this as our instructional tool for our snow/emergency days. Please know that all elementary schools are following this same procedure.
