Help! I have tech questions!

Parents,

Do you need assistance with getting your child online? Are you having issues with your child's chromebook? In order to ensure that you are able to help your child with remote learning, Mr. Parker will now have times available each Tuesday from 2:15-3:15, Wednesday from 2:15-4:15, and Thursday from 2:15-3:15 beginning Tuesday February 16, 2021. During this time, Mr. Parker will be able to help you troubleshoot any technology issues that you are having as well as demonstrate how to access any online platforms that your child is utilizing during instruction. He will be available by phone or face to face if you choose to come to the school during these times. Parents may drop devices in need of repair at the front desk at any time; however, in order to ensure that Mr. Parker is able to continue his instruction, replacement devices will only be given out during the times specified above unless other arrangements have been made with Mr. Parker. We look forward to working with you to ensure that each scholar is successful!
