- Engage with the Principal for the Day Program
- Hold a collaborative social with Bradley University and aspiring administrators
- Generate written welcome communications to new members
- Actively utilize IPA Connect to report information and events to membership
- Host Summer Golf Outing
- Host a Roundtable Forum
- Use Social Media outlets to enhance professional learning with relevant tips, resources and topics
- Host student recognition breakfasts and award 2 $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors.
