knox mountain look out
Begin your journey at the Klo bus stop. Take the bus to the Knox lookout and you will be able to see the lake, also you will spot the, Bellevue creek canyon and Dilworth mountain. Knox mountain was in the lake thousands of years ago then the lake level changed. There is two plates in the lake they are called north American and pacific plates.

You will have a great view of the Okanagan lake.
Gormans Mill
After Knox mountain we went straight to Gorman's mill on the bus. At Gorman's mill we found fossil and coal.
Mt boucherie
once you are finished at Gorman's mill you will go to mount boucherie. the kind of rock that you find is called the extrusive igneous rock you know that it is this kind of rock because it has bubbles in it. mount boucherie used to be a volcano. the volcano sunk from how big it was 50million years ago.
layer cake mountain
we went to layer cake mountain in the bus. The theory is on the unique appearance is because the lava makes the layers in the rock this rock is called lava rock.
