Please note that our School Nurse at school is available for questions. Students are that are experiencing signs & symptoms affiliated with Covid-19 are screened and parents will be contacted to pick up their student if there is the need to quarantine. We thank you for your understanding as everyone's health and safety is our main concern.
More Covid Close Contact Information
1-In the event your student has been in close contact, needs to quarantine, or is out for any other reason, PLEASE contact the school nurse ASAP. We can note and track this information and provide our families with an accurate "return to school" date if needed. For after school hours and weekends, please refer to the Covid Alert email flyer. A nurse will email you or contact you directly with specifics. Nurse emails: jacqueline.leight@qacps.org (substitute nurse) & tracey.higgs@qacps.org
2-At the elementary level, there are no virtual learning opportunities for our students. If a student will be out for an extended period of time, they should access their homeroom teachers' Schoology page for assignments; teachers are also able to provide the student workbooks and/or a Chromebook, as needed.
