Using Shared Calendars

Since we're going to try using Shared Calendars again this year, I want to make sure everyone knows how to add events to a shared calendar. Hopefully everyone received the 3 separate sharing invitations. You should have received an email for the Library calendar, the iPad cart calendar and the computer lab calendar. These emails all contained directions with opening a calendar and adding to your Office 365 (or Outlook) Calendars.

From there, I've created a short screencast video that shows you how to add a new event to a calendar in Office 365.
