Next Up: Get Moving (= Lifting the Spirits)
30 Minutes Per Day: Your Choice!
P.E.
Dear Parents/Guardians & Students,
Please enjoy these PE activities for the next two weeks. You are welcome to do one activity Monday - Friday or even all five activities each day of the week! The whole point is to get your bodies moving and have some fun while we’re all sheltering in place. You can also just go outside and get some fresh air. Whether it is playing in your yard, basketball, catch, or walking your pet just get up and move.
Feel free to reach out to me at any point, motternjo@tfsd.org.
Stay safe and healthy!
Ms. Mottern
