Change Your Password
Once a year we are required to change our individual passwords, and that time is coming soon for our campus. You may start to see prompts to change your password, but if you would like to go ahead and change it before you are forced to, you are welcome to do so.

Google Drive Tip...
Hard to quickly find what you need in your Google Drive?
Did you know you can transform Google Drive’s typical listing of gray folders into a visual extravaganza? By right-clicking on each folder you select the color you would like the folder to become; in addition, you can rename the folder! Google gives us 24 colors to choose from. Also Google allows emojis to be used in file names, so you can choose from nearly 3,000 emoji symbols. Emojis in file names change the alphabetical ordering. If that bothers you, you could insert the emoji at the end of the file name instead of the beginning. I suggest using Emojipedia.org to find and copy emojis. There are other ways to type emojis when on a desktop or laptop computer. You can install the Chrome extension called Emoji Keyboard by EmojiOne. If you’re on a Mac, you can use the keyboard shortcut Control+Command+Space to call up an emoji keyboard.
