School-Based Health Centers Open to All 4J Students
4J has two school-based health centers to serve the district’s elementary, middle and high school students. The health centers, located at Churchill and North Eugene high schools, are open part-time during the school year and closed during school holidays.

Adolescent and Family Services (AFS)
AFS delivers a proven treatment for teens with alcohol and drug problems. Counseling services are provided in an outpatient setting at one of our two Eugene locations: Oregon Social Learning Center Developments, Inc. (ODI) and Centro Latino Americano (Centro) and can be provided in English or Spanish.

C.O.R.E. Eugene
CORE has three programs: Street Outreach and they provide outreach to those that are living in the streets and in camps. Hosea Youth Services
Hosea provides services for at-risk and homeless youth, 16 to 24 years of age in lane county. Location is in the corner of 8th and Monroe in Eugene. They can provide: food, clothing, toiletries, outdoor supplies, showers, laundry facilities, computer access, charging stations, lockers, pet kennels, a napping room, first aid supplies, a tool box, and a safe place off the streets.

Looking Glass
Emergency shelter, family reconciliation, wraparound supports, and 24-hour help hotline are provided for homeless youth, ages 11-17. Project Safe Place offers youth safe locations to go when they feel afraid or have run away from home.
Transitional and independent living services are provided for homeless youth, ages 16-21. The drop-in center offers youth food, clothing, showers, and other basic needs such as internet and job search materials. Street outreach offers homeless youth information and referrals, advocacy, and support. Counseling services are also available. Education is offered through New Roads School for homeless youth.
At Looking Glass’ PEER Shelter we are a 24 hour accessible low-barrier shelter for youth ages 16 – 24 years old who are unhoused or otherwise in crisis. PEER shelter emphasizes harm reduction to meet our clients’ basic needs and assist them in moving towards stabilization.
