OSFC Application 2024!

Our online application form is now live for September 2023 applications!

All applications are online, and the deadline is Friday 1st December. Below are some tips to help you submit your application.

You will first need to create your account. You will need to use a personal email address, not a school email as this is how we will contact you for updates with your application, interview and enrolment over the year.

Once you have registered, if you forget your password please use the 'password reminder' link on the website to request a reset link.

At this stage, you are choosing any courses you may be interested in studying at OSFC. We have a wide range of courses on offer across the 4 pathways, which can be found on our website.

Do not worry too much about the courses you are applying for as you will be able to make changes during your interview. You can choose up to 6 courses on the application.

To choose your courses, first browse the course directory and then add your chosen courses to your basket.

In this section, we have included questions about EHCPs and additional health information. Please ensure you add any relevant information in this section to ensure that any support is in place for your interview. You will have the opportunity to complete a more detailed Health Declaration form later in the process with additional information.

The home number section is not required and can be left blank, as we are aware you may not have a home number.

In place of a personal statement, we have 3 short answer questions:

• Why are you interested in studying at OSFC?
• What are your career/course interests?
• Do you take part in any extracurricular activities, or have you completed any work experience?

There is also a box for further information, which can be used to provide any information you may feel has not been covered in the other sections.

Once you have submitted your application, you will be able to enter and upload your predicted grades.

To enter your predicted grades, click your name in the top left, then account summary and qualifications. You can then add your expected (or achieved) grade for each subject.

You will also need to provide evidence of your predicted grades. Please upload a photo of your latest report from school, with your full name visible, using the document upload function.

You can get in touch with our admissions team by using the 'Need Help' button on the right of the screen. This will open a box where you can type their query and this will be sent to our admissions department, who will respond as soon as possible to your email address.
