UPCOMING DATES
- 8th Grade Diploma Pick-Up, 12:30 pm -3:30 pm
Monday, May 31st:
- No School in Honor of Memorial Day.
Tuesday, June 1st:
- Regular day of school for 6th and 7th graders (hybrid and remote)
- 6th Grade Field Day, 12:45 pm-2:30 pm (see below)
- 8th Grade Graduation Video Premiere, 7 pm (link on the district website)
Wednesday, June 2nd:
- Regular day of school for 6th and 7th graders (hybrid and remote)
- Hybrid students will return school devices, cases, and charging cords.
- 7th Grade Field Day, 12:45 pm-2:30 pm (see below)
Thursday, June 3rd:
- Last Day of School for 6th and 7th graders
- Students must check-in for Advisory only for attendance for the day
- Device Return for Remote Students: 12 pm-3 pm (see below)
Friday, June 4th:
- Device Return for Remote Students: 8 am-3 pm (see below)
Device Return: 6th & 7th Grade
In-Person Students
Students will return their laptops on June 2nd during their school hours. Students will be brought down in small groups to return their devices. Devices will be scanned into the library software, and we will provide documentation that the device has been received. Your device will be inspected for damage (cracked screen, water damage, audio jacks, etc.). If the device is damaged, a claim will be filed with One2One Risk, and the parent/guardian will be notified via email.
Your student will need to bring the following when returning their device on June 2nd:
1. Laptop
2. Case
3. Charging cord(s)
Before returning your device, please be sure to:
1. Clean your student’s device with a damp cloth or damp bleach-free disinfecting wipe. (Video instructions here.)
2. Charge your device so we can determine if the device is functioning properly at check-in.
3. Check to make sure the device does not have any physical damage. If there is physical damage, please click here to fill out a Parent Tech Ticket prior to device return.
Remote Students
Families will return their laptops on June 3rd from 12:00-3:00 PM, or on June 4th from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. There will be stations set up for cleaning, checking for physical damage, and scanning the device into the library software. Upon return, we will provide documentation that the device has been received. Your device will be inspected for damage (cracked screen, water damage, audio jacks, etc.). If the device is damaged, a claim will be filed with One2One Risk and can be paid at that time.

6th Grade Field Day-Tuesday, June 1st
- The Field Day is from 12:45 pm until 2:30 pm
- It is open to both hybrid and remote students.
- There is no bus service after the event. All students will need a way home (walk or ride) promptly at 2:30 pm.
- Hybrid students can bring a lunch for the day or order a lunch from the school.
- Remote students should eat lunch before they arrive at 12:45 pm. Please enter the main office doors on Morgan street.
- Remote students must have a completed health certification form to attend (the form is below).
