What's Happening this Week?

This week we have a Professional Development day on Wednesday so there is no school for students. Thank you for a wonderful turn out for our Fall Literacy Night! We had lots of fun shopping at the book fair, doing the different activities, and visiting with Kyra Wills Luckett, a local author. We truly appreciate your support with Literacy night and book fair. We are excited about our first family bingo night on Oct 4th. Be sure to sign up and be there for a fun family event that will also support our school. $25 for a family of 5 (each additional person is $5) will get you pizza, drinks, and bingo cards. It's going to be a fun night with great prizes. If you'd like to donate new, unopened toys, we are taking donations for bingo prizes. Sign up below and pay for your family at the OSP link below in this newsletter. Our fall cookie dough fundraiser will launch on Sept 26th. We are eager to see who will be this year's top sellers. It's a great week to be a Bronco! Let's do our Bronco Best this week. Yeehaw!

Online Cafeteria Payments for Extra Items

All LPPS students receive free breakfast and lunch. For students eating lunch in the cafeteria, there are extra items for purchase. (Not Pre-K) Parents are encouraged to add money to your child's account for these extra items. If your child uses cash, please know that change is not given and the money goes into their account. However, online is preferred for elementary students as they often lose cash. Click the link below to set up your student's account and add money to it. Cash can ONLY be used for extra cafeteria sales but online is highly preferred.
