Eat Breakfast at School!
Breakfast is served at school! School breakfast will give your child a healthy start to the day. A nutritious breakfast helps students be more alert so they can learn more in class. Breakfast has vitamins and nutrients for a strong and healthy body.
Breakfast at school is affordable at only $1.35. If you qualify for free and reduced price meals, you also qualify for the breakfast program, with no additional paperwork. You can’t find a healthy breakfast at such a low cost anywhere else.
Help your child start the day right with school breakfast!
Moorhead Electronics Policy
Students are allowed to use electronics before school, during lunch, and after school. All devices, including phones, must be powered off and put away the rest of the day during the hours of 8:40am - 4:00pm. Vibrate is not off. Headphones should also be put away.

Late Bus
The Late Bus run will begin on the first day of school. The late bus is designed for students who need to stay after school for athletics, tutoring, clubs, or after school detention. The late bus runs from Monday - Thursday and departs Moorhead Junior High at 5:15pm.
1. Each late bus run will have a designated color rather than a number.
2. The late bus system resembles more of a "Metro" type system as compared to our normal morning and afternoon bus routes. These satellite stops are not intended to be within a short walk to the student's home, but more of a central place where parent's may pick up their children without having to drive all the way to the school.
3. Students must obtain a late bus pass from their teacher in order to be able to ride.
4. A student will not be allowed to ride the late bus if they do not have a pass.
5. Satellite stops have been chosen for their safety features such as large parking lots or well lit areas.
6. Please visit http://www.conroeisd.net/transportation/ for more information on CISD transportation.
Please don't miss the first day of school! A Note from Mrs. Jeane
It is vital that your student be present on the first day of school which is Aug. 14, 2019! Your child will be dropped from enrollment if he/she is not present and you will have to start the re-enrollment process.
