  • You need to be in good shape, and you need to be smart on what you are doing.

  • Wrestling
  • Swimming

How much exercise you should get a day, and how would it benefit you? You need at least an hour or more of exercise a day. Exercise can help with weight loss, it can help with yo r type of mood.
