Block Style & Indented
- Paragraph format Block Style is usually used business letters or memos. Block Style is when no lines in the paragraph is indented but is just aligned with the left margin.
- While Indented is where beginning of every paragraph is indented, which is common in formatting reports for a class or a grade.
- The Tab Key to access this is in the Paragraph launcher
Hanging Indent
- Hanging Indent is the last paragraph formatting style. This is very different from indented because every beginning sentence in every paragraph is not indented but the rest is indented. This is common only in bibliography sources.
