Supporting 2017-2018 DISD Goals
· All students will exhibit satisfactory or above performance on state assessments. Students below satisfactory performance will demonstrate more than one year of academic growth.
· Dallas ISD schools will be the primary choice for families in the district.
· The achievement gap by race, ethnicity and socio-economic status will be no greater than 10 percentage points on all academic measures.
· Ninety-five percent of students will graduate. Ninety percent of the graduates will qualify for community college, college, military, or industry certification.
· Ninety-five percent of students entering kindergarten will be school-ready based on a multidimensional assessment.
· All students will participate in at least one extracurricular or co-curricular activity each year.

W.T.W Homecoming Parade!
On October 26th, we participated on the W.T White Parade! We won Best in Theme!!
The parade was so much fun and we enjoyed seeing all of our parents, students, teachers, and community come together to make the float and that allowed us to have a successful parade!

We are extremely proud of our Caillet Robo-Tigers and Cyber-Tigers Robotics teams!
If you see students that participate in Robotics, please encourage them to continue their hard work.

Caillet's Chess Team!
Our Chess Team participated in a Dallas ISD’s competition on Saturday October 30th.
Caillet student’s Brady Torres and Brian Mejia represented 5th gradrade and tied for 3rd place.
Our 4th grade student Alejandro Abeja tied for 2nd place.
Students Valeria Cantu, Daisy Paez, and Amarie Camacho had a notable showing.
Caillet Tigers are College Ready!
Our students are on their way to college!
Every Tuesday students and staff can wear a college shirt to promote a college-going-culture and to show that college is an option for everyone.
This month Mrs. Guevara, Mrs. Jimenez, and Ms. Pantoja are being showcased in the college bulletin board spotlight, stop by to see!
PTA Garage Sale
PTA hosted a Garage sale on our campus last Saturday, October 28th

Our students have been working very hard along with Ms. Farris to have a Fruitful garden!
