Winter School Closings
Please be advised that if the school is closed we will reach out to families in the following manner:

Please be sure that your phone number is updated in our system. You can update your number by calling the school.
We advise all parents to develop a plan for the care of their scholars when school is closed. When school closes, especially after the school day has begun, scholars need to know specifically where they are to go and what they are to do. Please be very clear in instructing a scholar on what they are to do.

- Wednesday, December 8, 2021, is our Immunization Clinic.
- On Thursday, December 9, 2021, progress reports will be sent home with scholars.
December 20, 2021-January 3, 2022 is Winter Break.
The second marking period ends on Friday, January 14, 2022.
Athletic Updates
It is officially basketball season. Please visit our website for upcoming games. Remember that all tickets must be purchased online and masks must be worn in the building.

Low-Income Household Energy and Water Assistance Program
The Utility Moratorium went into effect on December 1, 2021, and will remain in place through March 15, 2022. The moratorium means that utility companies cannot disconnect low-income households based on lack of payment during the cold winter months.
Hoosiers who have applied for the Low-Income Household Energy and Water Assistance Programs will be protected by the moratorium by their participation in the LIHEAP/LIHWAP programs. This allows the Local Service Provider time to determine eligibility.
The Low-Income Household Energy and Water Assistance Programs are open and accepting applications. This one-time benefit can assist Hoosiers with the high cost of utilities during the winter months.
