Join PPS and Rebalance Yourself!
Good health is a resource that helps us reach our goals.
Dear PPS faculty and staff,
As a new school year begins, our lives seem to get busier and taking care of ourselves often falls by the wayside. The everyday choices we make can help us live healthier and happier lives, both at work and at home. With a little encouragement, support, and fun active challenges, we're confident that this year will motivate you like no other. We invite you to join us in the Plymouth Public Schools Rebalance Yourself Challenge!
As I mentioned at Opening Day, we’re partnering with MoveSpring - a fun & easy-to-use wellness platform- for our 2018 health & well-being program! We will host challenges, big and small, to keep you moving each month. The program is completely voluntary, but we hope you’ll find activities that inspire you to participate. Please encourage your coworkers to join in the FUN. After all, what better teamwork and support network could you have than the people you see every day?
Let’s work together to take strides towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.
