World Down Syndrome Day Fundraiser

Alward will be honoring World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st. The 21st day of the 3rd month, was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome. The World Down Syndrome organization theme for 2023 is With Us Not For Us. Please see the following link for additional information.

On March 21st, Alward will participate in World Down Syndrome day by wearing crazy socks to school! We have partnered with the Pals Sock company to support special education inclusion in our building. We have the opportunity to purchase awesome socks and support this great cause at Alward! Anyone who purchases socks between now and 4/27, with our ALWARD promo code, will receive 5% of their order and 25% of sales will be given to Alward Elementary.

Alward is thankful for our community as we support and celebrate World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st. You can join us in honoring this day by wearing any fun and crazy socks from anywhere!

Please note the change to March 14 and 21. The new calendar is below!
