Back 2 School Series:
Grab some tissues as your 4th or 5th grader says goodbye to dips in the swimming pool, trips to Stone Mountain and riding the waves at the beach. It's time for routines, early mornings and back to school. For the SWAT student it also means dealing with issues like: peer pressure, respecting authority, taming the tongue and reaching out to classmates or new friends. The fall SWAT series, "Back 2 School," will help your child find out what the Bible has to say about all those issues! This series will run through the month of October and end with a panel discussion of high school students sharing Godly advice to SWAT.

Your SWAT Student Needs a Bible!
Just as a reminder... All SWAT students are highly encouraged to bring their Bibles on the days SWAT Lessons are scheduled. The lesson begins with a dilemma. Students look for the answers (based on scriptures) found in God's Word. In order to learn how to navigate the Bible and study scripture, it's important for your student to have his/her own Bible. Click on the link below and search for "Kids Quest" or "Adventure Bible." These are two highly recommended (NIV or NIrV) Bibles for children and preteens.
