You have 5-7 days till order arrives at your doorstep so let's get some things in place for you to have the BEST Thrive Experience you Deserve!
- Start to eliminate all caffeine from your daily intake: sodas, coffee, teas, etc.
- Decrease all fatty food intake and go grocery shopping for some healthier options.
*Check out Pinterest for healthy versions of all your favorite foods!
- Monitor your water intake ~ goal is minimum 64 oz and ideal is 1/2 your body weight.
* If you weigh 150 your water goal would be 75 oz. a day
- Take your before pictures...I know, I know...but you will regret it if you don't! This is more than weight loss it is a full transformation inside and out!

Step 1: As soon as you wake up ~ Take 1 capsule with water. (I keep mine on my nightstand)
Step 2: 20-40 minutes later take your Premium Lifestyle Mix and mix it in 8-10 oz. of water or milk. As simple as Pour, Shake/Stir and Drink! *No lifestyle mix for Friday-Sunday. Goal is to eat healthy and focus on your water intake
*Lifestyle mix is formulated to take 4 full servings a week so in a month supply you will receive 16 servings. Some decide that they want a lifestyle mix each day and order the Tone pack that gives you 32 servings OR they choose to take 1/2 a packet each day. It is up to you on how you want to take the mix.
Day 8-30
Continue with routine!
- Remember to drink at least 64 oz. of water. Ideal is 1/2 your body weight. 140 lbs =70 oz
- Decrease and eliminate all other caffeine in diet. This will give you the crash feeling if you don't
- Eat 3-5 healthy balanced meals per day
- Move 20+ mins. per day to get your heart pumping and start reaching your fitness goals!
