Library intern
Huge thank you to our student teaching intern, Olivia Larson, who spent 25 days in our library this spring. Olivia, who has a bachelor's degree in elementary education, will graduate in August with a master's degree in library and information science and school library certification from the University of Pittsburgh. She has accepted a job as a middle school librarian in Maryland for the coming school year, partly because enjoyed working with our students at PRMS so much! Olivia was a huge help in the library, from preparing our space and collection for the summer redesign to teaching lessons to creating resource guides and more. Thank you to our faculty and staff for showing Olivia how awesome it is to work at the middle school level, and a special thank you to those of you who allowed her to teach your students.
