Library Link

December 2018

Director's Note

December… the month where I feel like the library is fitting in more activities and fun programs than there are days available!

We have some really good things going on this month starting with the Library Foundation Tour of Homes! This is the third year the Foundation is organizing this beautiful event. Get your tickets at the library ahead of time at a discount or pay full price at the homes during the event. Join us either night Friday December 7th or Saturday December 8th 5:30pm-8pm.

Teens will be testing their trivia knowledge Family Feud style on December 14th and 4th and 5th graders are making Gingerbread houses on the 15th! And to round it all out, little ones will be having a blast at a Shopkins party on 12/27.

Don’t forget weekly cribbage, multiple story times, early out activities every Wednesday, book club…

Anyone want to come help? I think I might be in a holiday stupor from all the Thanksgiving food I ate and all the Christmas treats I have already started to eat!
