Fundraising
Important!
If you are planning on using fundraising money towards the second payment (October 15th) please inform me by this Friday, October 2nd! The company requires a week to process all of the financials. If you tell me beyond this date, I can not add it towards the second payment!
Other Fundraising
The Yankee Candle sale in ongoing. You should have received a few emails from me regarding the start date, end date, and online portions of the sale. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me or Mrs. Bielinski at cbielins@its.jnj.come.
Program Ads sales are ongoing. The back cover and front inside cover have been sold but all other sizes are available. Order forms can be found on Edmodo.
KidStuff books are still being sold as well. Order forms and books are available in the choir room.

Edmodo
If you would like access to our Edmodo groups, please ask your children! When the students log in to Edmodo, there is a parent code on the left side of the screen. This parent code is unique to each student. If you are having difficulty accessing, please let me know.

Second Payment!
Our second payment will be due through the website on October 15th. Again, all fundraising money can be applied to this payment if you wish, or you may save it for a later payment. If you would like to use it for this payment, please let me know by this Friday. Please let me know if there are any other questions or concerns.

CPO Meeting
Please join us for our first CPO meeting of the year. The CPO is a group of any choir parent who is interested in assisting the choir and helping provide a better experience for our students. Please consider joining me in the choir room Thursday night!

Chaperones
We are in need of a few chaperones for our upcoming trip to Disney. Chaperones would be required to be responsible for a group of students, enforcing trip rules and regulations, and assisting the directors in anything necessary. Chaperones would travel at the same rate as the students. If you are interested in being a chaperone for our upcoming trip, please let me know and signup through the website with the same procedure as the kids.
