DEFINITION

Dramatic Irony is when the audience knows more about the story than the characters do.



Examples:

1)In the Titanic DeCaprio think that he is going to have a fun vacation but we all know that he is going to die.


2)When Anna from frozen thinks that Prince Hans is going to save her, but we all know that Elsa is going to be the one that saves her.


3)In Toy Story when Buzz thinks that he that he is a real Space Ranger, but we all know that he isn't a real Space Ranger
