Incident IQ is West Hartford Public Schools' Helpdesk platform to report technology help requests. Incident IQ is the easiest way for you to submit tickets, collaborate and resolve technology issues.

To login, click the WHPS Gmail Login button. Use your WHPS gmail address as your username (first_last@whps.org) and your gmail password.

Once logged in, take a couple of minutes to check out our guided video walkthroughs in Incident IQ Academy.

User tip: For easy access, be sure to bookmark https://whps.incidentiq.com in your browser or save it to your desktop as a shortcut.

Complete your profile by entering a room # in your profile settings, as well as a profile image if you have one. You're now ready to start using Incident IQ.

Optional: Download the app by visiting the app store. Search and download Incident IQ.

• Launch the app. Enter whps so the district address appears as: whps.incidentiq.com. Click Continue.
• Click WHPS Gmail Login, enter your WHPS email address (first_last@whps.org) and your password.
• You can now enjoy the power of Incident IQ when you are on the go, submitting or reviewing Helpdesk tickets with ease.
